I just had some strange board weirdness happen

I posted a question over at the Maples Board, a question about Maple trees. After I posted it, I went to look at it and it was over in the Home Decorating Board so I deleted it and tried again. Then it went over to the Kitchen Table board but it was also over in the Maples board so I just left it. Then I noticed that it went away over at the Kitchen Table board but now it's still over at the Maple discussion board. How strange!

OMG now it's happening again with this post, it also is putting it at the Home Decoration and Design board. It is here and at the other board.
If you just leave it, in a while it will resolve and your post should be where you originally put it. Others have been weirdified as well recently.
Not to worry they will disappear...I've had that happen to me too where the post shows up briefly on the next place you visit too, but they go away. Seems to be part of the double posting issue where your post will seem to show up twice in a single thread, and then it goes away.
OK, it was appearing at every single board I would go to, from Pets to Hot Topics. They do seem to have gone away now. Thanks!
I've had the same thing happen. Post was directed to the Hoya board but showed up here and in houseplants. After a while it disappeared from the other two boards and stayed in the Hoya board where it was intended to be in the first place! Coo coo!

Yes and the people at houzz don't seem to care about finding a fix. It has been reported on many forums with lots of people using the contact button to inform them. Their response has been very lackadaisical
I keep getting a Houzz popup ad that I can't get rid of. It happens every few seconds and is driving me away from the board, I'm sorry to say.
Yep ...just about 10 minutes ago I did a post question on KT about posting videos...then suddenly it showed up on CF and now can't find it anywhere...Be back later ..... have to get some work done...maybe it will show up again....
Ever give any thought to the fact that the gremlins might be an intentional act...too discourage general participation in these forums hoping they'll just die a natural death and go away...so they can be dropped entirely?
That seems a little far fetched. Gremlins have happened to me, no big deal, doesn't affect my participation.
That would be pointless. They can choose to eliminate the forums at any time. They chose to save the GW forums they didn't have to.
