I think that picture comes from India.

Distribution wiring for telecom and power does not follow the same codes as structure wiring, even in the US, let alone foreign countries (especially third world).

The only problem I can see is the previous sparky did not use a green screw to attach the ground to the enclosure - if you look closely, you will obviously see he attached the ground with a drywall screw.

Other than that, it looks great!
