Poor wasps.....after I got my shots I accidentally broke the phlox stem they'd built their nest on. Fortunately, the cells were empty.
A large Hawk sitting on the fence in my backyard keeping an eye on the birds at my feeder.
Roxie has deemed the storage cabinet in the kitchen as hers. She hangs out, and sleeps on the top. I was completely surprised to see that she let Bud up there with her last nite.
Not a goodguy in the garden, but he is colorful.
Hmmm the pic didn't post. Here it is.
Our son's deck, in Kentucky, I spent a lot of time on the lower deck.
Here's my flower contribution.
I'm amazed at how short-lived Tiger lilies are. Here is one that's coming out, next to one whose time has gone.
Cecropia moths (Silk moths) I found yesterday morning by the barn. "Ahem...privacy please"!
Prickly Pear in bloom. If you look closely you'll see a honey bee in mid-air about the yellow flower.
I love ferns
Great pics y'all!
Love your cats Jasdip!!
Jasdip that doesn't look like a Tiger Lily to me, it looks like a daylily.
fantastic pictures everyone!
Oh Casey! I thought because it was orange it was a Tiger Lily!
Ok, The daylilies sure don't last long! Scratch the word Tiger off that. LOL
Jasdip.....I bet that bloom lasts a day! lol
Is THAT why they're called Daylillies??? LOL
Hmm as pretty as they are, I thought they bloomed longer. I guess that's why they proliferate so much, so that there are numerous blooms every day. Messy things. hahahhahaa
I love everyones pictures. I am so glad to see lots of you posting now for a while there it seemed like there weren't many pictures. If I knew how I could do it too. I even tried to follow Jasdips instructions and I still can't do it.
I love your kitties. I too, have a calico. Maggie says hi!
I don't however, have any flowers right now. It's sad not having a garden any more. That's what I miss most about not having my own house. Soon!
Hi Maggie, and Rob333!!!
