Fresh grape salsa, I had today, was awesome

Have another party tomorrow, and hoped to make this, but never got the fixings :o(

Everyone raved over this, today and just received the recipe in the email from friend that made it, so here tis:

Fresh Grape Salsa

1-1/2 lb. Red Seedless Grapes, halved
1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
1/2 Tbsp Agave syrup (I used honey)
1 bunch fresh mint, finely chopped
1/2 small red onion, finely chopped

Combine all ingredients and chill for one hour or overnight.
Can be served with toasted baguette slices and goat cheese or Brie.

The gals at my table, today, ate it like a salad.

And finely chopped, hers was very finely chopped.

Giving another head up and another review.

Friend served this at a party last night and it was a big hit.

Everyone wanted the recipe.

The grapes were cut in half.

My thinking if I were to make this, I'd probably quarter the grapes, just to make the grapes more manageable, if people wanted to put them on crackers.

Told my friend I didn't have any red wine vinegar, only had white, and she said that would probably work.

It's a Whole Foods recipe where she got it from.

I went to Whole Foods, saw a similar recipe and it says, cut the larger grapes in quarters, the smaller ones in half.

That's what I was thinking.

Plus I saw where they mixed the grapes, red and green seedless.
