Non alcoholic or with alcohol recipes to share here.

Here's my contribution

Caramel Apple Cocktail (been serving this many years)
Individual: which I served Thanksgiving
For each serving: one large wine goblet
3/4 jigger of Butterscotch Schnapps in goblet that has been rimmed with cinnamon sugar
1/2 glass of sparkling apple cider
cherry to garnish

Now here's the original recipe
Caramel apple cocktail
1 tablespoon cinnamon sugar
1 lemon wedge
1 1/2 cups apple cider
6 tablespoons butterscotch schnapps
1 (750 ml) bottle sparkling wine, chilled
6 maraschino cherries
Directions:
1 Spread cinnamon sugar onto a small plate or saucer. Run the lemon wedge along the rim of 6 champagne glasses, then dip the rims into the cinnamon sugar.
2 Combine apple cider and schnapps in a measuring cup.
3 Divide evenly among prepared glasses. Divide sparkling wine among glassses.
4 Garnish with cherry.

Every year, I check out what mixers have been added to Williams-Sonoma's inventory and we try one out. This year, we tried the pomegranate-blueberry and used it as the basis for martinis and margaritas...delish! I keep several flavors of rimming sugars and citrus on hand so people can mix and match.

I've had the recipe since I first discovered internet recipe sites. Haven't had a chance to make it, darn it. But the recipe serves 32 :-)

Williamsburg Punch

1 gallon strong coffee, chilled
1 gallon chocolate milk
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream, softened
1 pt. heavy whipping cream, whipped
Fresh gated nutmeg, optional

Mix first 3 ingredients ina punch bowl. Stir in whipped cream and sprinkle with nutmeg. Serves 32. Non-alcoholic, but you could probably add Kahlua and/or ??

Forgot about this one.

HOT BUTTERED RUM (Rachael Ray)

2/3 cup packed dark brown sugar
1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, room temperature
1/4 cup honey
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
Pinch salt
3/4 cup spiced rum
2 cups boiling water
4 sticks cinnamon, for garnish

Using an electric mixer, beat the brown sugar, butter, honey, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and salt in a medium bowl until blended and smooth. Transfer the mixture to a 4-cup (or larger) measuring cup. Add the rum and then 2 cups of boiling water. Stir until the butter mixture dissolves. Divide the buttered rum among 4 mugs. Garnish with the cinnamon sticks and serve.

I'm making pointsettias tonight. Simple.

Equal parts of vodka, champagne and cranberry juice. I've frozen some fresh cranberries and I'll make small orange peel twists for garnish!

Too bad I can't have any.

I had this in New Orleans with liquor in it, but it makes a great virgin shake--

Louisiana Sunset
In a blender, whirl together 10 slices of canned peaches, about a quart or less of vanilla ice cream, and then one cup of frozen Mai Tai mix that has been mixed with 3 cans of water. You can add rum if you like. This makes 2 delicious shakes.
