Frozen bananas?

JoAnn_FlaDecember 7, 2012

Has anyone ever used them to make banana pudding? I keep saving them and hate to not be able to use them but I don't want a mushy pudding. I know I can use them in banana bread but I don't need that.
thanks

They're already mush--sort of a paste--when you defrost them. Don't think that would work for traditional banana pudding. Think it would be worth buying a couple of fresh ones, really
