sleep zone

Does anyone take the above? I hear it is very good to help u get to sleep. I simply not able to fall asleep without help, but would like to stay away from sleeping pills. Would appreciate any input.

Below is a link to the product with some consumer reviews. I've had mixed results with Melatonin products. It would be worth a try though IMO... you can buy Melatonin capsules very cheaply at Walmart, Walgreens, etc.

What about trying lavender? It's fragrance is very soothing and relaxing. If you combine smelling it with relaxation exercises, I find it puts me to sleep pretty well, most nights.

I use this occasionally. I did, in fact, sprayed my pillow last night. Hadn't been sleeping well this week, and I got a good nights rest last night.

Bath and Body Works sells it. And I highly recommend.

I drink a cup of "Sleepy Time" tea, which tastes like a mint tea.

I will tell you the recommended dosage of melatonin is 0.3-5 mg, so that product is a bit high. And that my son swears by melatonin (minus the odd dream sometimes), and I by Valerian (they are combined in this product). Lavender also helped my son sleep when he was a wee babe. Great stuff! I'll have to try Glenda's product. 'sides it smells fantstic!
