hood backsplash- just up to hood or up to ceiling?
Is there any rhyme or reason on choosing where to end the hood backsplash:
- stopping at the hood, or
- going up to the ceiling?
So I changed my hood from undercabinet style to chimney style hood.
Countertop and hood backsplashh = VT Danby Mountain White marble.
Obviously it's easier to stop at the hood, so I don't have to purchase a 3rd slab, or try to line up the veining, etc. We're already doing the "waterfall effect" from backsplash down to the cooktop countertop.
reminder: my layout:
stop at hood?
or up to ceiling?
thank you for your help,
