Attention West coast cooks! (Time sensitive)
You east coast folks are probably sleeping, so here's the pressing question: I've got a 24 hour hold on a burgundy Bertazzoni all gas range... On sale at $3350. I also have access to two Berta duel fuel ranges (red & burgandy) for $5100. My oven has gasped it's last breath (the night before Thanksgiving, of course!) so this is a sudden " act quickly" sort of situation. Our family cooks and bakes daily. I have never cooked or baked with gas, so, those who have, please advise! I will likely never buy another range, so this is the "one per lifetime" purchase. Many thanks in advance for your help!
