Small wire shelf?

luckymomNovember 24, 2012

I need a place to put the salt & pepper shaker over the slide in range under the hood. I'd like to find a smallish one that I could attach hooks to hold utensils and get rid of the giant holder thing on the counter. I need it in ss. All those I've seen are either $$$ or huge or both. Anyone seen anything?

BTW- the s&p shakers are wider than spice jars (tried that already). Going for a sort of industrial look.

Both are too big- only need one shelf under 30"- but the 4.5 width would be great. Like most things, I can see it in my mind, but nobody makes it...

Here's the single shelf version of the one Angie_DIY posted. Only 9-3/4 wide and 5" deep:

Could always use a magnetic strip and use ss utensils and salt and pepper shakers.
I have three strips holding everything- knives, scissors, tongs, measuring cups and spoons, and salt and pepper.
I avoid anything on my counters if it can be done.

Oooh! Love the idea of the magnetic strip. I hate stuff on the counters, too. I'll definately check into this- Thanks!!!
