This is an interesting plan because it puts the kitchen (the clean up and cooking areas) into the breakfast area.

In order to get responses but might want to combine all your threads into one. Read the STICKY post on new to kitchens but also read the floating thread, New to kitchens as it has more info including how to post more than one photo in one post.

Use graph paper to draw your layout as it will be easier to read.

Thank you. I will try to get graph paper this weekend and start over. I did manage to post 7 follow ups to my original floor plan post (entitled "Ok, deep breath") with all the different plans. But, I will read the STICKY post to see if there is a smarter way to do it.

I see your new thread. Already you are getting responses!

Remember to read the "floating" new to kitchen thread as it has info in it that is not in the sticky version for some reason.
