Has anyone seen a narrow dishdrainer? looking for something 12in deep.. can be 30in long. Is this something I can create with something else?
perhaps a sliding drawer unit. The stainless steel ones for inserting into a cupboard. Without the slides. Take a look at some at HD, ACE, etc.
This small one is from Ikea:
Width: 14 "
Depth: 11 "
Height: 5 "

technicolor Do you have a link or a picture you can point me to? I am not able to visualize this.
Smiling -- IKEA. I should have checked this.. Thank you!
Jeesh, just wrote a reply and it went to wonderland.
When answering I was in my own world and realized later that you didn't say if one was needed on the counter or the in the sink. I was thinking sink, 12" deep, since a new 36" single has been installed and need to corral dishes for the dish washer.
Are you looking for a counter dish drainer, with silverware and glass/cup holder? Plus 12" wide, not deep. I was only thinking dish, which a lid holder could easily be used for getting the length and width.
Go to Amazon, they have tons of selections. You could connect two with clips sold at hardware stores.
I was looking for a counter dish drainer.
The Ikea one can be used on the counter, it says so in the description.
Here is what I have from IKEA. I have the black tub and the insert that has the pegs, and the white basket to hold silverware. When you open the link it will show the tub, but the "accessories" are shown below the tub "dish drainer and flatware basket"
I like mine for my small kitchen. I also got the colander that is shown :)
