Under-counter speed oven - info needed

powermuffinOctober 26, 2012

With an under-counter speed oven, can you use ceramic dishes like those you would use in a conventional oven? I have mostly Portmeirion casseroles that I use for baking.

Maybe I should ask what kinds of dishes can't you use?

I would check into it - I only use Corning in my speed oven as it heats directly from the bottom and top. It may be possible, just haven't had time to explore the options.
When in traditional MW mode - anything goes.
