Wow! Fabulous cabinetry. Can we see a close up of your backsplash?
Beautiful! Can you tell me what type of wood your cabinetry is, and what the counter on your island is?
"Warm" is definitely the feeling I get. Beautiful.
Oh what a warm kitchen. I'd love to curl up with a cup of hot chocolate and flip through recipe books in there.

vieirab, how do you like your tigerwood floors? Ours have been in for exactly 1 week, but we still have them covered up. They are beautiful!
Just gorgeous! That floor is a showstopper!! I really love it. Your new space just exudes warmth and comfort. Great job! Enjoy!
Your kitchen looks beatiful. I love that stacked stone backsplash. I too would love to see some more pictures, please.
@ bcafe - so far we love the tigerwood floors. They were site finished. Just be careful. After the final coat of poly we waited about 48 hours before completely covering the floor with RamBoard to protect them from damage during the remainder of the kitchen reno. The installer told us that the floor would be 90% cured in 24 hours but that it would take about 1 to 2 weeks before the floors were completely cured. After about a month or so, when the kitchen was completed we removed the floor covering and found that the poly was pealing in spots and there was a white-ish film that developed between the planks. After discussing with the installer we determined that by covering up the floors so well so soon it did not allow enough air flow to properly cure. We had to have the entire floor resanded to bare wood, and refinished. All is fine now. We used commercial grade water based sealers and poly.
Really, really beautiful.
Absolutely lovely. It must be a dream to cook in. Love the bar area with its separate sink. Great choice all around. Congrats!
Wow- warm and cozy! Just my style!! Thank you for the details and close up shots!
Ours is finished as of today but terrible light for pictures!
