Can you identify the tiles in this backsplash??

IAD2RDUAugust 13, 2014

I have checked Houzz and Pinterest...no luck. :( Hoping those going through renovation research might have come across these tiles. Any clue??

Sorry...I don't know how to embed a photo.

Looks a lot like this one from Encore Ceramics...you may want to try Ann Sacks, too.

By doing a Google image search, I found the company that did the kitchen. You could try to contact them to find out what tile they used. There are a couple more pictures of the kitchen one their site.

Doing a reverse google image search is often the best way to find sources.

Here is another similar one.

They are in LA so I've been to their shop. They sell through other major tile shops.

I didn't use key words, I used the Google reverse image search. You just drag & drop the pic into the search box.

Click on images at the top of the Google home page. Then just drag the picture into the search box, either from another browser tab or window, or from your computer. Very handy feature.

Errant, I absolutely love the tile you posted and I have been searching for it endlessly to get a sample and buy! Thank you for posting, I am trying to contact that company now.
Here is a similar one for a whopping $84 per square foot.

Has anyone found a tile like it for less? Maybe, not handmade?

OK, I bought the tiles... now, how do I blend the outlet plates? The convex portions are twice the thickness of the tapered portions.

BTW, Classic Tile in Hingham, MA gave me an excellent price and they were very helpful.
