I am now baking for our local farmer's market. In AL they passed a law that allows home baking to be sold without the kitchen inspection that a professional kitchen requires..but only for the fm. I bake to pre-orders so really nice as I know what I have sold ahead of time.
I use my soapstone to the max when I am baking and wanted to show how it has survived very nicely for the 7 years I have been abusing it :) I also make kefir cheese to use for lasagna and in my breads and put the resulting whey in the bread. I started a new 1/2 gallon jar this AM and used a qt. of whey in the oatmeal bread you see.
