Urgent code question re: Vent hood exhaust and electrical box

oldhousegalDecember 30, 2011

I'm helping a friend install their new vent hood in their kitchen. Of course trying to get it in before the weekend...... Only problem is the exhaust for the hood, which comes out the side of the house, is right next to the conduit for their new electrical box. Any help is greatly appreiated!
