Extension Cord Rating

I just received a 100' extension cord which I purchased from a seller on eBay. The cord was advertised as 12/3 ... but I believe it is actually only 16/3. Because the original packaging was not included, I am not sure who the manufacturer was ... but it weighs about 8 pounds, and has a tag (shown below) on it that reads "10A 1250W".

I would grateful if someone could confirm that the cord I received is NOT 12/3 cable, but rather 16/3, based on the rating on the tag and the cord's weight?

The cord you have is 16 gauge.

Thanks ... that's what I thought, but I just wanted an "independent" opinion before I contacted the seller for a refund, or an adjustment to the price I paid!

UPDATE: Found the rating imprinted on the cable!
