Is that three-fuse box that is being used to store tools hardware likely residential equipment? It looks like a pretty big three-phase disconnect to me.

I laughed at the attic catch basins with drain hoses when I remembered that you can actually buy dropped ceiling panels in standard sizes with a hose attached. what do you call that, professional red-neck instead vs amateur solution?
