problem with dew point in skylights

hello guys. i have a poblem with odering of skylights... i want to buy some and I am thinking about extre insulation ones. I reach that in polystyrene insulation of frame of skylights can be dew point (in wood) and that relating with humulity,mildews and so on... is it true or I am too afraid?
thiness of polystyrene is 3 centimetre. I posted you link with this poblem (under, it is orange plate in the left). sorry for my english but i am from europe. thanks for reply

Skylights, and more often the shafts, are going to be dew point nightmares if they are not properly insulated.

The biggest thing that you can do to help your situation is to make sure that you control humidity levels.
