woodworking books and mags

daisymaewi5September 11, 2010

I have a bunch of woodworking books (Norm plus Time/Life type series) and a bunch of woodworking mags all dated late 90s and early 2000s. I want to get rid of them and would prefer a bit of cash. Craig's List has been a bust, not one bite. Any suggestions? Not sure if they are worth shipping, unless someone is willing to pay for it.

Try a local used bookstore. The books don't sound like they're worth much, but you might get something.

There are several woodworking forums where membership is free that have places to seell woodworking related stuff.

www.woodnet.net is one. Join, find the Swap n Sell forum and list some of the stuff. Some of the folks will actually help you with value. I can't guarantee you will sell all or any, but it is free.
