How can I remove the fake grids in my windows?

justinhk_2010October 25, 2010

I have fake grids sandwiched between the glass panes of my windows and we want to remove them. Is there a company in Atlanta that can do this or is it possible to do it myself? I'm searching for an alternative to replacing the entire windows within the frames. Thanks!

This cannot be done the grids are inside and insulated glass unit which is sealed!

You will have to order new Insulated Glass without grids. I'd try and find out who made the windows. You might find it better all the way around to just order new sashes or to just buy new windows depending on what condition your existing windos are in.
