X-post - what tool do we need to cut subfloor flush to walls?

Hi all,

I posted my original question to the flooring forum, but I'd like your opinions as well, since this is also a woodworking question.

We're taking up the subfloor in an upstairs bath in preparation to leveling via sistering the joists. We've used a circular saw to cut the first layer of subfloor (t&g), and will need to also take up the second layer of subfloor (planks running diagonally along joists). How can we ensure the subfloor is cut flush to the walls? We have a jigsaw, but just have a regular blade. Is there a specialty saw we'll need, or a different blade for the jigsaw? We're hoping this is something we can take care of quickly rather than something we'd need to special order, since we have houseguests here for a couple days to help with the project....

Thanks everybody, for any advice you have!

Thanks, folks, we're all set. Found a Dremel tool with a flush cut attachment, and that seems to be working well. Slow, but good control over the location of the cut. Hopefully will get the job done!
