Check out this furniture, somewhere between Cottage and Shabby Chic, or maybe Industrial, or "Shop-Grade?"

I have a step stool I made long ago that looks like that. Wow, now it's chic!

Incredible! Not only is it super cheap to make, but it does not look very comfortable. Who would buy this? Yeah, I agree about P. T. Barnum.

I am a person who appreciates minimalism.

This artist has missed it.

Bad material selection. Baltic Birch Ply may have worked. Don't know for sure, but that's what a prototype is for. I can't believe how many similar things this guy made, without deviation or repitition. This guy would probably get a C minus or D plus for high school woodshop 101. C for persistence. D for the joinery. F for the design.

And why not incorporate some simple ergonomics? A radius corner? Angled armrests? A simple cap for the armrests would suffice!

It sort of reminds me of the "Simpson's" episode when Homer tried to make a BBQ pit from a kit, and then people thought it was abstract art.
