Tool Base Plans

UbiqueApril 24, 2009

I just recently aquired a 6 inch Rockwell jointer with motor but, for some reason, the base was discarded. Can anyone point me in the direction of a good set of plans for building a new base ?

It is just a box to hold the weight.
You can make an open frame with 2x lumber and a thick plywood (or even 2x wood) top.
Heavy and solid are a good idea.
