Take the old motor to an electrical repair shop and have it rebuilt---if it can be rebuilt. Chances are it cannot---HF stuff is about as cheap as tools get and still sorta work.

All you need to match is RPM and mounting footprint, and the mounting can usually be modified.

Even a change in shaft size is not normally a big deal since pulleys are easy to get.

I used a blower motor out of an old household furnace.
A heat and air shop was giving away for scrap metal the old
units they had taken out of houses. I took the squirrel
cage blower out of one and used it on my bandsaw.
Had to change out the on/off switch to use with the 220v motor.

Ooops, I didn't use the squirrel cage blower on my bandsaw.
I took the motor OFF the squirrel cage blower
and used that motor on my bandsaw.
