200 amp entry panel question

In your normal 200 amp entry panel, is the 240vac neutral connected to ground?

What is a "normal" panel?
There is no such things as a "240vac neutral".

Can you please be a bit more specific?

At the service disconnect, the ground and neutral are bonded together. It has nothing strictly to do with panel capacities. Not all "main panels" are the service disconnect.

ronnatalie: Thanks. I seem to remember in our 200 amp entry panel the ground and neutral were connected together.

As they should be.
Is there a reason you are questioning this?
