I need a good recipe for making homemade wine from grapes or strawberries but I want it to be strong.

If you want high alcohol content it largely depends on the alcohol tolerance of the yeast (high tolerance examples (17-18%): "Pasteur Champagne Yeast (Red Star)" and "Lalvin EC-1118"). HTH. :)
