Do all three panes on a triple slider move? If not, does the left and right pane overlap the middle and meet?
Does one large screen cover the whole unit or is there 2 screens without one in middle?
A 3-Lite slider normally consists of a fixed picture window in the center that is either 1/3 or 1/2 the size of the overall window.
Center is stationary, the other 2 slide by it. There is usually 2 separate screens, but i would check before ordering. Triples with 3 equal lights do not open that far as compared to one that is 1/4 1/2 1/4.
You could get a full screen for a triple slider with a painted exterior. That said,I feel it's a bit obstructive.
On a triple, the middle is fixed and the two operable panels slide in front of it meeting in the middle. A triple is a great/ cost effective option for a large opening if one likes the look. I use them a lot on sun porches.
