Mosaic outdoor bench

I made a mosaic outdoor bench project last year, by laying tiles and mosaic elements on marine plywood that had been treated and weatherproofed. I used a thinset cement to secure the materials to the wood, the smoother elements and shells in the design pop off from time to time. Is there something I can overlay on top of it, to protect it and keep this from happening? I really want to put it back outside this summer.

Sorry to say that anything mosaiced on wood for outside - no matter how you try to treat/weatherproof/whatever - it w/NOT last long. I've finally dismantled a cedar post I did about seven yrs. ago. I got tired of the constant maintenance - regrouting etc. Just took it apart. Gonna use the tess that came off in large sheets on my back wall of the house.
