RECIPE: Some of My Favorites

amytNovember 15, 2001

This board seems a bit slow lately so I'll give it a bit of a boost. Here are some of my (and my family's) all time favorite recipes. Some of the recipes may call for bacon or ground beef or stuff, just substitute with veggie bacon (duh). The baked beans and crockpot minestrone are especially good on cold days, and boy is it getting cold here in Atlantic Canada!

Amy, I don't know if you will stir up the forum but you absolutely stirred up my kitchen imagination. I cook little to none during the summer and sometimes that habit carries over a wee bit into fall. Can't wait to try some of these. Thanks for the motivation.

I am not a true vegetarian, but a lot of what I eat is just veggies, and these recipes sound sooo tasty! I am going to try one of the pasta salads soon.
