Trash to Treasure Hanging Flower Vase

des_arc_ya_yaAugust 8, 2005

the title of the post pretty much says it all! LOL I used a picture frame that I already had, spray paint, two small clear bottles, and a piece of veneer that was taken off a demolished building. Only thing I bought were two "broom holders" at Home Depot. Ignore the crummy fake flowers - hope the new owner uses real ones and real water! LOL

Love your hanging flower vase. I made one on a old cupboard door and wired my bottle on it. I like the broom holder idea. You've been busy.

Well, how neat! Bet you could make a hundred of these things and no two would look alike!

These are cool! Do you think I could use some of my antique canning jars and do the same thing? It would give me another way to display them. Or, do you think they'd stick out too far?
