Marine Varnish or Outdoor Sealer

cindyweApril 7, 2013

I poured envirotex epoxy over my patio table mosaic, then I realized that it is not for outdoor use. What if I spray it with marine varnish? Has anyone used the McCloskey Varnish Aerosol? Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you.

To my knowledge, the reason envirotex says it is not for outdoor use is because UV exposure causes yellowing. adding something over top of that wont help. Keeping it in a shaded area will help somewhat, but eventually its going to yellow.
