Welcome Sign

phonegirlMarch 15, 2008

Here is a welcome sign I painted for the deck outside. Nothing great but it'll give our deck some color. This is the second scene I've painted. I'll post a picture I painted several years ago if I get this whole thing figured out. Thanks everyone for helping me with the post. My son, who is an IT specialist was down and helped me link the other pics so I'm hoping I'll be able to do it on my own now. I love seeing all your painted projects and you are all way ahead of me with painting.

I bought the piece at TJ Max and took out the center and painted the scene on it. It was golds, browns and black all swirled but I also liked the frame work. It was $10 so I didn't think I could go wrong. Thanks for the compliments. I own 2 businesses and also I'm a licensed cossmetologist so I don't have much time for these fun things. I am so glad I found this sight and I'll try to keep up with some posts cuz I love looking at all of your great things u all post.
