happy easter to all who celebrate
finishing up baking my Pastiera di Grano then bed... Making first course shrimp alfredo followed by Australian boneless lamb and lemon/oregano potatoes and lots of salad, feta and olives--keeping it simple.

ps--we are having the Pastiera di Grano along with a nice espresso for breakfast, the I'll color the eggs...very decadent are we.
