I posted on the recipe page how much I love to cook with rice oil and then I remembered it's hypoallergenic for all those with intolerences to other oils or allergies. That's all, Beth
I love cooking with rice bran oil. I think the thing that appeals to me the most is the high smoke point of 490 degrees. I am also happy to have many health benefits in my cooking and salad oil. I think the point is that people need to switch cooking oils sometime to get different benefits.
