RECIPE: Ragi Flour Malt with Oats

This is very good for health. Control cholesterol in the blood and body. IT is difficult to eat only oats so mixing up of these two results good and tasty to have it.

Ingredients:

1.Raagi flour

2. Oats

3. Jaggery

4. almond powder

5. Elachi powder

Method:

1. Mix 3 spoons of Oats, Raagi flour and jaggery in 2 half liter water.

2. Mix well and put on stove.

3. Stir it regularly

4. Boil it for 10 minutes and sprinkle elachi and almond powder.

Now its ready serve. Have it on Luke warm.

Tasty and healthy.
