I must disagree--refined white sugwr--refined white flour yes these are bad for you--refined oils and marg. are also bad but real butter pure virgin olive oil are fine--Amimal fats cotain many nutrients that protect against cancer and heart desease, elevated rates of cancer and heart desease are associatedwith comsumptionof large amounts of vegetable oil!!
