RECIPE: Diet - what diet???
I thought that any of you people out there trying to lose a few pounds would be interested to know of a method I have had great success with. I have started buying the 'heavy' type of bread from large supermarkets, and I have found that having a small slice of this spread with a tiny amount of butter ten minutes before your meals really ruins your appetite and stops you overeating at mealtimes. In fact after eating the bread I just don't feel hungry at all for hours. I would be very interested to know, if anyone else tries this method, if they have had the same results as me.
