There are a couple of reprints availabe on ebay right now that are reasonable. under $10.00 Just type the model number into the ebay search and they will pop up.

You might call up the Singer Company. I have a treadle machine and when I told them the serial number, they gave me the date it was made and sent me a reprint of the manual.
