I have Onesuite and I love it. Customer Service is so bad though. I have been trying for 3 weeks to sign my sister up for it. She does not have a computer. I have called numerous times but can never understand anyone who ever answers. I could spend hours saying huh? Emailing customer service is a real joke. So far I have 12 emails that say they will get back to me in 24 - 48 hours. This started 3 weeks ago. For being a great phone company I can't believe how bad their CS is and I've dealt with some really bad ones but Onesuite tops them all.
Has anyone used refer a friend who doesn't have a computer and if so how. Thanks.
