Found a new cookbook out by Jean Pare

budsterMarch 1, 2004

I'm not sure if it is available stateside....anyway it is called Recipes for leftovers and contains a good supply of ideas for the use of small amounts of leftovers. Now some are your standby fare....but others are new (at least to me)..some I can definately see using as a springboard to create a similar dish with what I happen to have on hand. It was on sale for $ the way...just in case you are at a loss with what to do with your bits and pieces. No I don't get any cut on this...just thought someone might be interested.

My leftovers usually end up in the dogs but one of them is getting fat. Have any recipes to share? Thanks, Kathy
