adding modular to existing kitchen

balaskonisNovember 28, 2010

here's an idea...found a house that is a dump, great price, and the only salvagable thing is the kitchen (approx 40K..custom cabinets, etc.) can you knock down the rest of the house and slap a modular around that kitchen? anyone ever hear of this?

take a look at the house...maybe instead of a modular, you can suggest what could be changed? it looks off to me, maybe changing the roof line/pitch?
