Craftsman 41a4315-7d chain

casolorzMarch 8, 2009

The chain on my Craftsman 41a4315-7d garage door opener came off. I put it back on but the garage door won't open completely and won't stay closed.

I think I got the position of the runner wrong but I don't have the manual so how can I figure what that position should be?

Thanks,

--Carlos

Fixed it. Read a manual of a different model to figure out where the door should be when I first attach the chain. Turns out the door has to be up.
