removing dropped ceiling

hayley1999_99February 23, 2012

I've taken down the tiles and see the tracks are nailed into the walls, but I don't know how to get the cross tracks, the shorter ones out. I see it seems to have a tab running thru to the other side, but can't seem to figure out how to remove it. Any ideas?

Using pliers, squeeze the ends of the tabs where the ends stick through the long rails and push the ends out of the slot.
