Awesome business opportunity

terriksNovember 12, 2008

I saw this listing today on my local MLS.

Whose dream isn't to "Create Log Furniture in the workshop behind your cozy home, then sell it right off your front lawn"

The home even comes with a classy sign directing traffic to the business.

Here is a link that might be useful: Dreaminf of a home business?

I just realized that this is going to totally look like spam from the header, but I'm just making fun of a listing on my local MLS.

And I really need to proofread better, because I meant to type "Dreaming of a home business", not "Dreaminf"

LOL, and you can sit out in the chairs and watch traffic on the freeway too!

Little pricy for area. Wonder who is going to cut the logs and bring them to the person.

I sent the listing to my husband, but told him that we would have to fight it out as to who would be in charge of "manufacturing" and who would do the "marketing".

It very well could be someone's dream. And there's plenty of room to add your own touch to the business image.

I think it is kind of sweet. Someone with a tiny house on a busy road took advantage of the location and his own skills and built a business. AND he is willing to pass on the needed knowledge to let someone else "live the dream" of a flexible work schedule in a scenic area. I think it is a great "escape the rat race" opportunity, just the thing for a young retiree.

It also is funny at first look!
