Planet Patchwork

I was very surprised to receive an email that they were closing their online store. They reported big discounts but when I checked there was zero fabric or kits.

I enjoyed their mysteries and patterns, they'll be missed, I've noticed a lot of the free BOM patterns have stopped.

That's sad to hear, Rosa! I didn't visit their website often, but also enjoyed following their mystery quilts.

I just registered for a hand piecing class at Quilt University. I wanted to take one more class before they close at the end of the year. Another loss to the online quilting community.

Sad. That was the first online thing I belonged to when it was new. I'd lost track of it in recent years. I think I was an early member when my computer still had floppy disks.

Linda I know they have been online for about 15 years, it is a loss to me too.

Donna I took several classes from QU and I was pleased with them, the instructors always went out of their way to help the students. I had want to take another EQ7 class and didn't make it.

FatCats is another that is slowly fizzling out, she has started selling her patterns.
