I finally finished quilting this one last weekend and just now had time to take a photo. I still have to bind it...the thing I dislike the most. It is all made from 2 in scraps except for the background.
I LOVE it!
My kind of quilt.
Jackie, it's wonderful! I love it. Congrats on finishing it!
It's really beautiful!
Best to you,
A true cause for celebration. It's a beautiful quilt and a very long process, I'm sure. You did a great job, Jackie.
Beautiful quilt, and what a great use of scraps!!
Love it Jackie!!! My kinda of style. I started something similar this morning....having fun at the moment.
How much fun was that?! Love it!!!!
Just love it.
Beautiful, I love a scrappy and white quilt! You did an amazing job!
I like sewing the binding down, it gives me quiet time with the quilt and I get to look at the fabrics I used (while it's bunched up on the work table) and I fall in love with some of them all over!
I love it too! My list of someday patterns just keeps growing.
Simple, and beautiful ... very easy on the eyes! Neat way to use scraps. What is the name? I really would love to make that one. It is so classic.....
The name is Happily Scrappily Irish by Bonnie Hunter
I love it. You did a great job and must feel really good about being finished at last.
That's my kind of quilt - love it. Too bad we aren't neighbors, I like to do bindings. Wish I could find someone who LOVES making the sandwich and hates bindings around here, I'd gladly make a trade-off.
Sooo pretty. Love it!
Typical Bonnie Hunter. I just love it. The old fashioned traditional look wins every time. Good job, Jackie.
Beautiful! It takes dedication to use up scraps like that!
I love Bonnie's quilts and keep planning on buying a book. It looks great! I don't mind binding either. I think sandwiching is the only part I'm not crazy about.
Beautiful, scrappy Irish Chains are one of my favorites!
