RECIPE: Lemon Kisses- turned to goo!
What did I do wrong? I made Roselin's Lemon Kisses for the first time yesterday to utilize some divine Meyer lemons from a friend. They tasted like little lemon meringues. The weather was very dry, I let them cool on the parchment paper on the granite counter. To take them to DD's house I placed them on layers of wax paper and then into an airtight Tupperware container. When I removed them several hours later, they tasted fine, but their consistency was a gummy goo.
