RECIPE: Almond Roca
12 OZ hershey Chocolate bar
2 cups butter
1 cup slivered or chopped almonds
2 cups sugar
grate 1/2 of the chocolate and nuts onto the bottom of a greased cookie sheet.
Cook butter and sugar to 300*. stir constantly and cook on med heat, ( we don't want to burn it)
Sprinkle the remaining chocolate and nuts,over the top of the almond roca. cook and break into pieces.
This one is easier for people with dentures to eat!
